Dimensions of Health
The WHO definition tells us three specific dimensions – physical, mental and social. It has more dimensions such as spiritual dimensions, emotional dimensions, business dimensions and other dimensions. Business dimensions – the business aspect of life is a new dimension. It’s part of human existence.
When work is fully compatible with human goals, abilities and borders, work often plays a role in promoting both physical and mental health. Physical work is usually associated with an improvement of physical ability, while target attainment and self-realization in work is a source of increased self-esteem. For many individuals, the business dimension can only be a source of income.
For others, this dimension represents the culmination of efforts of other dimensions as they work together so that the person considers life to be a. Professional/professional dimension of wellness is the ability to balance life with a satisfactory business which conforms to our values, skills, goals and lifestyles (1, 2). This may also include volunteering and attaching hobbies/ interests that provide fulfillment, meaning and purpose.
The methods of care for our business/business welfare include maintaining work-life balance and searching for opportunities that allow us to develop and share our passion, skills and talent. Keeping in mind our business welfare helps us feel a feeling of purpose and contribution for our community. Example: Choosing a career that is compatible with your values and adapt to your personality, interests and talents Participate in activities that make us realise purpose and meaning Stay open for new opportunities, such as learning new skills Identifying and managing workplace stress and practicing struggle solution.
The issue here is that in occupational and business health all those things that affect our sense of emotions and contribution. Common things under this dimension include: job availability, safety and satisfaction; opportunity; direction; feeling of purpose; and other care responsibilities. Some of these are much more tangible. For example, job availability.
Where you live and depending on your training and qualification, finding jobs can be relatively easy or difficult. Job safety is also in line with the same. If there’s one of some possible jobs in your area and the size of the company you work in has become smaller, life becomes harder very quickly. And I think that we all’s job was low on a scale of satisfaction at rough point.
When you consider things like opportunity and direction, health becomes even worse in this dimension. When there’s opportunity lacks, whether it’s for business or for business (e.g. fertility struggles), we feel those struggles deeply in our bones. Decisions about where to go to maximize job availability or fertility treatment options are very important.
It becomes even more disturbing when contraception begins to occur. For individuals living in low-income areas, it’s often difficult to get availability and opportunities. And there’s much more attempt to get out of it. Similar employment can be done for anyone seeking employment with which discrimination can be made due to gender, sexual identity, breed, ethnicity, religion, creed or capacity.
The feeling of direction and purpose often leaves behind the pure need of paying bills and passing. When the feeling of purpose cannot be fulfilled, we feel like our life has no meaning. And he can move down very quickly. However, when we’re at least able to meet the feeling of purpose, we feel full. This blog is a huge part of my purpose feeling and I had worried about it for a long time before putting fingers on the keyboard almost four (!) years ago.
I struggled with myself and feeling of myself and when I finally started, it didn’t matter if it wasn’t correct in line with other content manufacturers’ standards (or still isn’t), or that I wasn’t getting paid off; I was doing something tailored to my purpose and it seemed great. Sometimes the purpose requirement can be met by volunteering. Many people play roles in the community by becoming an instructor or leader.
Sometimes a hobby you’ve chosen to devote a certain time to fill out the blanks. Each of us is different, but each of us needs to feel objective. Whether for kids or for older adults, the duty of care is a thing that most of us sometimes play in our lives. If these things conform to your purpose and feeling of direction, they may be amazingly rewarding experiences. However, these can sometimes be two-swords. be staying
