According to his program reported by The Sunday Times, Queen Camila is taking time off her royal duties while she is working for King Charles III’s cancer diagnosis.
The 76-year-old royal woman does not list any duties in books for more than a week before returning from her holiday during the Commonwealth Day celebrations on March 11. According to the outlet, he is going to enter a public presence in Westminster Abbe to mark the celebrations of 56 member countries around the world.
The king’s siblings, Princess Anne and Prince Edward, will represent the crown in most of the programs that happen next week, while the queen is enjoying some necessary relaxation. King Charles, 75, has taken a step back from his royal duties since he told news of his cancer diagnosis on February 5.
After passing through the process of increased prostate, Palace revealed Charles’s diagnosis. There, doctors found out a different issue of concern for which treatment is needed. The Buckingham Palace later clarified that cancer wasn’t prostate cancer.
The successor to the throne, Prince William is also missing from programs for the past few weeks as his wife Kate Middleton is recovering from the stomach’s prescribed surgery. The 42-year-old Wales princess was admitted to the hospital for a planned process in mid-January, Kensington Palace made an official announcement after his surgery.
While surgery remained successful, she stayed in the London clinic for 10 to 14 days before her returning home to continue recovery.
Prince was seen taking a few shots together after travelling to Wrexham in Wales and visiting the Welsh soccer club Wrexham AFC, with the Turf Pub, whose McElhenney Ryan Reynolds are co-owners. There, William was given the Welsh Dragon Toys Gifts for his children – Prince George, 10, Princess Charlotte, 8, and Prince Louis, 5. He was also given flowers for the Princess of Wales.
