Bernardo da Silva helped Hawaii defeat Cal State Northridge by 72-70 on Wednesday night with 18 points and 12 rebounds. Dr Silva scored 6 out of 10 shots from the floor for Rainbow Warriors (18-13, 10-9 Big West Conference) and 6 out of 14 shots from the free-throw line.

Justin McCoy and Noel Coleman scored 14 runs, in which McCoy scored eight rebounds and Coleman scored seven rebounds. Juan Munoz duo 13 points and four support pairs. De’Sean Allen-Eikens scored the highest 34 runs of career for matadors (18-14, 9-11) on a 14-23 shooting with three 3-pointers.
